i found the staff very kind and helpful, especially with directions. the breakfast buffet offered many choices, including fresh fruit and local pastries. the room always was cleaned well and stocked with toiletries.
the gym equipment are somewhat dated and limited.

the location was great, very close to the Marmaray station. It was a short walk to historical sites, such as the Blue Mosque. the staff were helpful and upgraded my room's view to the Bosphorus strait. WOW.
The hotel is older, though it is well-kept. The ROOMS were a little small AND dusty. the breakfast had little variety. It was quite poor.

The reception staff was helpful with directions. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I liked fresh pastries and fruit. the location was perfect. Everything i wanted to see was within easy walking distance.

the standard double room had a comfortable bed and provided ample space. the air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room at a perfect temperature! i appreciated having a mini-fridge in the room.

The breakfast buffet included both hot and cold items, suiting various tastes. fresh juice was available daily and was very refreshing. The coffee machine made a decent espresso. there were plenty of tables and chairs, so seating was never an issue.

The hotel has a swimming pool and a sauna open to guests. the spa offers massage services at an extra cost. The lobby also provides comfortable seating for waiting or relaxing. the wi-fi was stable and fast.
